Shipping policy
US SHIPPING
Our orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. Delivery typically takes between 3-7 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Prior to placing your order, please verify your shipping information is correct. If package is returned due to incorrect address, you are responsible for a new shipping label.
We are not responsible for delays caused by mail carrier services.
LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is suspected of being lost or stolen, contact your local post office and file a report. We recommend to check your surroundings for deliveries in spots unseen or with neighbors to ensure package was not delivered in error by carrier.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For International Customs fees, please note in the event that your package is held up in customs we will not be held responsible for any cost associated for package to be released nor do we have any control over how long local customs holds the package. If you do not accept the fees imposed during customs, please reach out to us at hello@vixenfluffypaws.com and advise you will be refusing delivery. Refund will be processed only when returned items are received. Shipping fees are not refundable and will be deducted from refund amount.
Due to the COVID-19 crisis all shipping within the US and International shipping are taking longer than usual.
